GYM & TRAINING
At Tidal Guidance all gym sessions are designed by Julia who is qualified with a Bachelor of Exercise Science. She has all of the knowledge to appropriately tailor both group and private training to each individual. She understands that exercise is not a one-size-fits-all, and every individual has specific needs. This level of knowledge will support you, your health, and your goals. When booking, use the code FIRST4FREE to trial any of the group sessions for free. Below are some of the classes we offer and what they involve. All classes are run from a casual environment at a home gym at Lake Clarendon.
Private Sessions
At Tidal, private sessions are available for up to 4 people. These sessions run for 30 minutes and are tailored uniquely to you. Spaces are very limited for these sessions, so get in quick!
Group Sessions
If you love the community environment, these sessions are for you. Tidal Guidance boasts a welcoming and nurturing environment, tailoring the sessions to suit the needs of everyone who comes along. All classes are 30 minutes in duration
Tabata
These are the most challenging classes, operating at a higher intensity, designed to work you both aerobically and anaerobically, really getting the most out of you in a short amount of time. They work on a structure of 20 seconds on of exercise, with 10 seconds rest throughout the 30 minutes.
Low Impact
These sessions are designed for those who like to go at their own pace, and exercises are chosen carefully to ensure minimal impact on the joints.
Functional
This class is designed to use full body movements to improve overall functionality and strength. It incorporates a combination of exercises to target the whole body and body systems.
Core
This class is inspired by the movements of Pilates and Yoga to build deeper strength, with low impact on the joints, with a large focus on breath-work to destress and unwind.
NUTRITION
Nutrition Consults (All Online) available from August 2025!
With a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition) and registration with ANTA, Julia’s nutrition knowledge is evidence-based. All nutrition advice is tailored to every individual’s specific needs.
Julia has worked with a range of conditions, including preconception care, fertility, postpartum care, weight loss, metabolic health, osteoporosis management, food sensitivities and allergies, and athlete care. Julia has the knowledge and capabilities of working alongside any condition that presents to her.
Consult Options
Initial Consultation (75 mins)
This booking is compulsory if this is the first time you are seeing me as a nutrition client. During this consult we deep dive into your health history, go through a thorough dietary assessment, and come up with a plan that is uniquely tailored to you and your needs.
Extended Follow Up (60 mins)
This booking is suggested if we are going over any sort of functional testing results, or if you feel like you have multiple things you would like to address within the consult.
Follow Up (45 mins)
This consult is designed for check-ins, accountability and minor planning adjustments.

EDUCATION
If you are someone who runs retreats, or organises talks for your school or sporting club, then I’m at your service to talk all things nutrition & exercise.
With a background in education, exercise science and nutrition, I have the tools that can bring the best out in individuals and their health goals.

Please note that once you have purchased this program, you have 60 days to use all elements within the program. This is to get the most out the program, and get you closer to your desired results.
Group training sessions are at an additional cost to the program.
